“She is always so positive, and includes everyone,” said Senior Ivory Davenport. “She has also helped me with not only my faith, but staying motivated.”
The senior class has chosen Calleigh Noble as the Impact Student of 2026. The Ahlahasa sent out a survey to the senior class where they had the opportunity to vote for this year’s impact student.
“I never really thought I was going to be able to receive an award like this,” said Noble. “Just being able to have an impact on people, for the three short years I’ve been here. It means so much to me.”
Noble is the President of National Honor Society and the Personal Relation Officer for the Student Council. She is also a board member and student representative for the Freeborn County Historical Society and a student cabinet member. She is a Link Crew leader and plays softball and hockey. Noble was voted onto the homecoming court and is a part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She was inducted into the Wall of Inspiration nominated by her history teacher Jim Haney.
“When I found that [out], I cried,” said Noble. “I gave him a hug, and I was like you have no clue what you’ve done for me. He’s just amazing.”
Noble is involved at ALHS and encourages others to do the same. She was advised by her own Link Leader at her old school.
“I remember this girl. Maria, she was involved in so much,” said Noble. “She was such a positive person, and I genuinely looked up to her so much. I want to be someone like that when I’m a senior in high school. I want to have an impact on people and I wanted to show people that they can… anything is possible when you put your mind to it.”
It’s important to have role models. People want to look up to someone and have guidance.
“You never know exactly what someone’s going through, just being able to help someone or be there for someone,” said Noble. “Just being a kind person, because one smile, one comment, one compliment could literally change someone’s life. So just be that person for people.”
Noble is a kind, down-to-earth person, who encourages people every day. Even with just small acts of kindness.
“Calleigh Noble is one of my best friends,” said senior Mayzie Paulson. “Calleigh is the sweetest person I know and she’ll do great things in life. She has really impacted me through these past few years and she’s helped me become a better person. Without her, I don’t think I would ever come as far as I have now.”
Noble expressed how many opportunities she had and is grateful for the people who encourage her every day including her family: her mom, Carrie, her dad, Sean, her brother, Wyatt and her sister, Ashleigh.

“Don’t take anything for granted,” said Noble. “Live your life in the present moment. You just have to be really grateful and thankful for every day you wake up and go to bed, even if it was a bad day. That’s how they make you the person you are.”
While being positive is not always an easy thing to do, Noble explains how her mindset has changed throughout the years.
“I’ve just truly grown as a person; I’m not gonna let little things get me down,” said Noble. “I feel like I’ve had such a more positive mindset on things, instead of worrying about everything, I’m just like, it’s gonna be okay. You’ll get through it. It’s okay.”
She models her positivity knowing that younger girls are looking up to her and she wants to be a role model to other people. Additionally, she has many inspirational role models including her hockey team, the friends she’s made at ALHS and her two friends, Kylie and Bianca, back in Blaine, Minn.
Noble’s future plans include attending Lake Forest College to major in biochemistry and will be playing hockey. She hopes to go into forensics or become a science teacher and be a role model to the student. Which she is natural at and will continue to shape lives, just as she shaped so many at ALHS in the three short years she’s been here.
