Albert Lea High School hosted the college and career fair on Friday, October 27 from 12:30-3 p.m. There were approximately 80 booths in total including 40 colleges. Counselors Jessica Hatland and Katelyn Flatness organized the event by reaching out to colleges, businesses, army recruiters, and more.
Students had the opportunity to spend one period in the gym speaking to college and career representatives. The other period students went to a presentation to connect with the local police force and to discuss the risks of vaping and narcotics.
