Hasa Throwbacks: Jim Haney

Ahlahasa is on a mission to throw back to the past and better understand where we came from. Searching through the historical newspapers, Hasa Throwbacks is about bringing back the Ahlahasa ancestors and putting them into the spotlight once again. Some things come and some things go at ALHS, but one thing that has stayed consistent over the years is Jim Haney’s teaching career. Volume 94 Issue 3 of the Ahlahasa, which hit the stands in November of 2006 stars Jim Haney. In this 2006 article, Haney is described to be an “interpersonal genius” having outstanding abilities to understand and interact with others. These interpersonal genius skills have continued with Haney through his many years at ALHS. Make sure to read this 2006 article to better understand why Haney is the way he is over 17 years later.
