Art is a way to be creative and express yourself, which is exactly why Sophomore Ace Dye does it.
“I like making things that make me happy,” she said about the joy of making art. Dye has loved drawing different things since preschool. Art classes have always been a staple in her school day, from elementary until now.
She said that she would make anything and everything, whether drawings, sculptures, or whatever else she has in mind. She said of her specific art style, “It tends to change depending on what I’m feeling, usually cartoony things.”
In the future, Dye hopes to pursue a career in art. She hopes to work with animation. If that does not work out Ace would also like to become a tattoo artist. Either way, it does not sound like she will ever give up her life-long passion for art.
