There is nothing better than walking into a room and instantly smelling a fresh pine tree. To me, the perfect Christmas tree is one of my favorite things about this time of the year. You get to go shopping to find a nice real green tree — one that has the fullest branches and stands up the straightest. Then you get to haul it home and decorate it by dancing around the tree while struggling to sting up the lights and putting on as many ornaments as you can to fill it up until it’s the quintessential tree of Christmas. But how is this different than a fake tree? Instead of going to a tree farm, you go to Target and pick out a box that holds the many parts that make up the tree, then home to build said tree that probably already has the lights on it. After you put the ornaments on and try and fill up the empty space that is left between the fake branches. Overall a real tree just sounds better, right?
